"Exceptional Customer Experience"
The whole journey from placing my order to getting my item was just fantastic! As a newbie to this store, I can say for sure it won't be my last visit. Stitchin' Heaven has set a high standard for service. I’ve always liked shopping where I feel at home, and even though this was an online deal, I felt super welcomed and sure about my purchase. My initial journey with Stitchin' Heaven kicked off with the NYE Mystery Quilt Along. I had a blast, it felt like I was hanging out with a bunch of quilters and the teachers. But, I didn’t have any fabric to join in, I just loved soaking up the atmosphere. After the event, I went ahead and ordered the quilt kit.

I've joined several BOM programs and have been pleased with all of them! The guidelines are straightforward and thorough. Each project has a Facebook group where you can seek assistance and encouragement throughout the process. The customer service was super fast in replying when I had a query and provided me with choices to fix my error. I've registered for a few more this year!

I recently got my hands on the Linework Scrap Crazy Quilt Kit, but guess what? It didn’t come with any pattern! Now I’m left to sort out the specifics, like how wide those two borders should be. It’s quite a hassle, honestly. I’ve never come across a kit that didn’t have some sort of instructions.
